Tofu Smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to start the day. I love to make fruit smoothies and add different things to them. My friend, Lillie, came by today and joined me in making my favorite with blueberries.

 

She asked me, “Did you know that you can add tofu to your smoothies?” I asked her why I would want to do that. She told me how to lower cholesterol naturally with this addition. I was really amazed and decided to give it a try. I always want to add healthy things to my diet. I was glad Lillie came to see me today.
